mr. "cheerio" head

Owen calls Mr. Potato Head, Mr. Cheerio Head, not sure why. The other day I was pretending that Owen was Mr. Potato Head and putting all the pieces on him. For example; the arms in his armpits, the hat on his head, the ears propped on top of his, etc. So a few days after that, I walk into the room and this is what I see....
