It takes a lot of patience to let Owen help in the kitchen. Things just take forever and he makes a huge mess, even though his intentions are definitely to help. Most of the time I have a "no helping in the kitchen rule" at our house. Kristen and my mom let Owen help them with some baking during Christmas, and he was SO excited. They are more courageous than I am!
